dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zajištění proti kurzovému riziku ve firmě ATAS elektromotory Náchod, a.s. Nejprve je v této diplomové práci charakterizován zahraniční platební styk a instrumenty, které se při jeho realizaci používají - hladká platba, dokumentární inkaso, dokumentární akreditiv a bankovní záruka. U těchto nástrojů je zmíněna jejich charakteristika, průběh, druhy a výhody a nevýhody. Další kapitola je věnována zajištění proti kurzovému riziku, je zde charakterizováno přirozené zajištění a zajištění transakční, ke kterému se využívají finanční deriváty - forwardy, opce, futures a swapy. Následující část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku ATAS elektromotory Náchod, a.s., jeho historii, organizaci, postavení na trhu tuzemském i zahraničním. Zmíněny jsou také platební instrumenty využívané firmou v zahraničním obchodě a problémy, kterým společnost v platebním styku čelí. Nakonec jsou uvedeny způsoby, které společnost používá ke snížení dopadu kurzového rizika, jejich realizace a zhodnocení této problematiky v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis is focused on the question hedging against exchange rate risk in ATAS electromotors Náchod, a.s. At first there is a characteristic of foreign system of payments and instruments which are used in its realization - a bank transfer, a documentary letter of credit, a documentary collection and a bank guarantee. At these instruments there is mentioned its characteristic, process, kinds, advantages and disadvantages. Next chapter is devoted to the hedging against exchange rate risk, characteristic of natural hedging and transaction hedging. Forwards, options, futures and swaps are used to the transaction hedging. The following part contains the characteristic of company ATAS electromotors Náchod a.s., its history, the organization, the position at the domestic and foreign market. There are also mentioned payment instruments used at the world trade by the company and problems which the company has in the system of payment. At the end there are introduced the ways the company uses to reduce the impact of exchange rate risk, its realization and the estimation of this question in the company.en
