dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce bylo aplikovat strategickou situační analýza na vybranou finanční instituci a pomocí analýzy vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí zhodnotit současnou situaci této instituce a následně navrhnout případná zlepšení. Diplomová práce byla rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Obě dvě části však mají podobnou strukturu. Nejprve byly popsány základní parametry strategie, kterými jsou mise, vize a cíle firmy a dále již byly aplikovány analýzy okolí. V teoretické části bylo popsáno více způsobů jak analyzovat situaci firmy, avšak v části praktické byly popsány jen ty nejdůležitější. Pro analýzu externího prostředí byla použita PEST analýza, metoda tvorby scénářů a Porterova analýza pěti sil. K analýze prostředí interního byla aplikována analýza zdrojů a hodnototvorného řetězce firmy. Na závěr byla vyhotovena syntéza, která přebírá poznatky z externího a interního prostředí a vnáší je do SWOT analýzy. Analýza externího prostředí nám přiblížila příležitosti a hrozby firmy a pro-zkoumání prostředí interního přineslo souhrn silných a slabých stránek podniku. Po těchto ana-lýzách a konečné syntéze bylo možné zobecnit získané údaje a zhodnotit stávající situaci podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of the final thesis was to apply the strategic analysis to the selected financial institution and by analyzing the external and internal environment evaluate the current situation of the company. The thesis was divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. Both parts, however, have a similar structure. Firstly I described the basic parameters of the strategy as mission, vision and goals of the company and then I processed the analysis of the environment. The theoretical part has been described many ways to analyze the situation of the company, but in the parctical part were described only the most important ones. For the analysis of the external environments PEST analysis, method of scenario creation and Porter Five Forces Analysis was used. To analyze the internal environment was applied analysis of the resources and value chain. At the conclusion was drawn synthesis that takes the findings from external and internal environment and brings them into the SWOT analysis. The analysis of the external environment described opportunities and threats, and research of the company's internal environment has brought a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of the company. After these analyses and the final systhesis it was possible to generalize the data collected in the course of creating the final thesis and assess the current situation.	en
