Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace osob s postižením. Klade si za cíl nastínit specifika v komunikaci těchto osob a přiblížit možnosti využití různých komunikačních systémů k rozvoji komunikačních dovedností u dětí s postižením. Dále je jejím cílem popsat ranou péči jako sociální službu, která poskytuje svou intervenci v rodinách s těmito dětmi. Práce je zpracována ve dvou částech, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje s pomocí odborných publikací, internetových zdrojů a dalších pramenů komunikaci, její jednotlivé složky, specifika komunikace osob s různými typy postižení a v neposlední řadě různé komunikační systémy, které tito lidé při komunikaci využívají. Dále popisuje sociální službu ranou péči a její význam při komplexní péči o dítě s postižením a její poslání s ohledem na celý rodinný systém, ve kterém dítě s postižením vyrůstá. V empirické části si autorka klade za cíl nalézt odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, týkající se názoru rodičů, jejichž děti jsou v péči Střediska pro ranou péči Liberec, o.p.s. na problematiku komunikačních dovedností a jejich rozvoje u svých dětí. Součástí empirické části je také zjištění zkušeností poradkyň tohoto střediska s intervencí v oblasti rozvoje komunikace a využíváním jednotlivých komunikačních systémů u dětí s různým typem postižení. Opatření, navrhovaná v závěru diplomové práce, směřují ke zlepšení spolupráce mezi všemi stranami, zainteresovanými v problematice rozvoje komunikace dětí s postižením, a také ke zvýšení povědomí rodičů i okolí rodiny o specifikách komunikace dětí s postižením a o důležitosti nalezení vhodného komunikačního systému.
The diploma thesis deals with communication problems of disabled people. Its aim is to determine the specific problems in communication of such people and to offer the possibility of using different communication systems to develop communication skills of disabled children. Another target is to describe early care as a social service providing intervention in families with such children. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes - with help of scientific publications, internet sources and further resources - the communication and its individual component parts, specificities in communication of people with different types of disabilities and different communication systems used by such people. Besides, it describes the early care social service and its importance in the complex care for a disabled child together with its function with respect to all the family system in which the disabled child is growing up. In the empirical part, the author´s task is to find answers to research questions concerning the opinion of parents whose children are in care of the Centre for Early Care in Liberec, problems and development of communication skills in their children. An integral part of the empirical part is also the task to ascertain the experience of advisors of the Centre about the intervention in the field of communication development and use of the individual communication systems with children with different types of disability. The measures suggested in the end of the diploma thesis focus on better cooperation of all parties concerned and interested in problems of communication development of disabled children and also on raising awareness of the parents and family environment of the specific problems concerning disabled children communication and of the importance to find a suitable communication system for them.
