dc.description.abstractThe theoretical part contains characteristic of the purchasing department as a part of the company and theory of the supplier selection. The practical part deals with setting of the technical factor according to the actual conditions, assessment of damages on purchased parts and subsequent burdening of the supplier, in case of costs caused by defects on parts, which arose by the supplier. The practical part further explains the principles of functioning and expectations connected with the transition of the conceptual responsibility of part development by the supplier, process of the setting of the KVV-quote and the following implementation of the given KVV-quote for the calculation of the technical factor. In the conclusion the author tries to compare contribution of transition of the conceptual responsibility for the part development to the supplier with the actual state and refers to possible future benefits for ŠKODA Company.en
dc.description.abstractObsahem teoretické části je charakteristika oddělení nákupu v podniku a teoretický výběr vhodného dodavatele. Praktická část je věnována popisu stanovení technického faktoru při současném stavu, zjišťování závad na nakupovaných dílech a následnému zatížení dodavatele, v případě vzniklých nákladů způsobených vadnými díly ze strany dodavatele. Dále je v praktické části vysvětlen princip fungování a očekávání od přebírání koncepční zodpovědnosti vývoje dílů u dodavatele, postup stanovení KVV stupně a následná implementace daného KVV stupně při výpočtu technického faktoru. V závěru práce se autor pokouší porovnat přínos převedení koncepční zodpovědnosti vývoje dílů k dodavateli se současným stavem a poukázat na možné přínosy zavedení KVV do ŠKODA AUTO a.s.cs
