Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi učiteli a asistenty pedagoga na 1. stupni základní školy. Cílem je popsat, jak probíhá spolupráce učitele a pedagoga na 1. stupni základní školy a zjistit, jak oba aktéři vzájemnou spolupráci vnímají. Diplomová práce je téměř stejnou měrou rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na inkluzivní vzdělávání, vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, problematiku asistentů pedagoga a spolupráci mezi asistenty pedagoga a učiteli a tvoří ji čtyři základní kapitoly a několik podkapitol. V empirické části je rovněž ve čtyřech kapitolách popsáno výzkumné šetření realizované s učiteli a asistenty pedagoga včetně stanovení výzkumných otázek, objasnění metody získávání dat, seznámení s výzkumným vzorkem, etikou výzkumu a součástí je také představení výsledků šetření a jejich závěrečné shrnutí.
This diploma thesis deals with cooperation between teachers and teaching assistants at the 1st stage of elementary school. The aim is to describe how the cooperation between a teacher and a teaching assistant takes place in the 1st stage of primary school and to find out how both actors perceive mutual cooperation. The diploma thesis is almost equally divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is focused on inclusive education, education of pupils with special educational needs, the issue of teaching assistants and cooperation between teaching assistants and teachers and consists of four basic chapters and several subsections. The empirical part also describes the research conducted with teachers and teaching assistants in four chapters, including setting research questions, clarifying the method of data collection, get acquainted with the research sample, research ethics, and also includes a presentation of the results of the investigation and their final summary.
