dc.description.abstract	My thesis is focused on the theme: The analysis of the financial consulting. At the beginning of the thesis, it deals with the definitions and the characteristics of the financial consulting, important concepts and bodies moving in the financial environment. Then briefly described the financial literacy of the population of the Czech Republic. Another part of the thesis presents the current situation of the Czech financial market. In the following section is introduced the company OVB Allfinanz jsc., which is currently one of the largest brokerage companies in Europe and one of the first brokerage company on the market of the Czech Republic. There is outlined its inception and historical progress. The penultimate part is made up of individual, personalized financial plans. Subsequently stated my own evaluation of the questionnaires and describes the individual results of the survey. The last part shows my own knowledge and my advice not only to clients, but also the financial consultants.	en
dc.description.abstract	Má práce se zaměřuje na téma Analýza finančního poradenství. V úvodu se zabývá charakteristikami a definicemi finančního poradenství, důležitých pojmů a subjektů pohybujících se ve finančním prostředí. Následně je v krátkosti popsána finanční gramotnost obyvatelstva České republiky. Další část práce líčí současnou situaci českého finančního trhu. V následujícím oddílu je charakterizována společnost OVB Allfinanz, a. s., která je v současné době jednou z největších makléřských společností v Evropě a jedna z prvních makléřských společností na trhu České republiky, nastíněn je také její vznik a historický vývoj. Předposlední část je tvořena jednotlivými individuálními finanční plány. Následně uvádí hodnocení vlastního dotazníkového šetření a popisuje jednotlivé výsledky průzkumu. Poslední část zobrazuje vlastní poznatky a rady nejen klientům, ale i finančním poradcům.	cs
