Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí školního speciálního pedagoga na běžné základní škole. Sleduje jeho metody a formy práce, a pozici v rámci školy a školského poradenského pracoviště. Na základě informací z teoretické části, která se zaměřuje na poradenský systém školství, zejména na školní poradenské pracoviště a pozici školního speciálního pedagoga, byla zpracována výzkumná část této práce. Výzkumné šetření analyzuje roli školního speciálního pedagoga na běžné základní škole ze tří pohledů, a to z pohledu samotného speciálního pedagoga na základě rozhovorů, z pohledu kolegů učitelů díky dotazníkovémušetření a z pohledu pozorovatele intervenční činnosti speciálních pedagogů. Díky smíšenému výzkumu se práce snaží objektivně přiblížit roli speciálního pedagoga a její funkce a činnosti ve školním prostředí. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je ucelený náhled na působení školního speciálního pedagoga na základní škole.
The bachelor thesis deals with the role of a school special education teacher at a regular elementary school. It monitors his methods and forms of work and position within the school and school counseling center. Based on information from the theoretical part, that focuses on the counseling system of education, in particular, the school counseling workplace and the position of the school special education teacher, the research part of this work was elaborated. The research analyzes the role of a school special education teacher at an ordinary elementary school from three perspectives; the first one based on interviews, the second one from the perspective of colleagues through a questionnaire survey, and the third one from my point of view by observing the intervention activities of the teacher. Thanks to mixed research, the thesis tries to objectively approach the role of a special educator and his function and activities in the school environment. The result of this thesis is a comprehensive view of the work of a special school education teacher at elementary school.
