dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce popisuje návrh, implementaci, testování a vyhodnocení automatizace vybraného procesu v prostředí reálného podniku. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit možnosti a efektivnost nasazení technologie RPA v praxi a na základě porovnání původního stavu s novým řešením vyhodnotit přínosy této technologie. V práci jsou představeny základní pojmy a principy automatizace podnikových procesů a technologie RPA. V praktické části je pak popsán výběr vhodného procesu na základě předem stanovených kritérií. Je započat projekt na vytvoření automatizovaného řešení a vypracován model současného stavu procesu. V následující fázi práce je navržena architektura řešení a provedena implementace. Závěr práce vyhodnocuje jednak průběh projektu, ale především ekonomické přínosy nasazeného řešení. Výsledky ukazují, že nasazení technologie RPA může vést ke zvýšení efektivity a produktivity procesů a zlepšení celkového výkonu podniku. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako inspirace a podklad pro nasazení automatizace procesů v dalších podnicích.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis describes the design, implementation, testing and evaluation of the automation of the selected process in the environment of a real company. The goal of the thesis was to evaluate the possibilities and effectiveness of RPA technology deployment in practice and, based on a comparison of the original state with the new solution, to evaluate the benefits of this technology. The thesis presents basic concepts and principles of business process automation and RPA technology. The practical part then describes the selection of a suitable process based on predetermined criteria. A project to create an automated solution is started and a model of the current state of the process is developed. In the next phase of the thesis, the architecture of the solution is designed and implemented. The conclusion of the work evaluates the course of the project, but above all the economic benefits of the implemented solution. The results show that the deployment of RPA technology can lead to an increase in the efficiency and productivity of processes and an improvement in the overall performance of the enterprise. The results of the work can serve as inspiration and a basis for the deployment of process automation in other enterprises.	en
