Abstract
Práce se zabývá vývojem softwaru a kalibračního postupu pro Shack-Hartmannův senzor. Implementované algoritmy jsou porovnány pomocí simulací a také srovnány s rekonstrukcemi certifikovaného komerčního senzoru. V práci jsou ukázány výsledky použití softwaru v automatické justaci optického systému s několika komponenty a déle výsledky rekonstrukce vlnoplochy Strukturovaného svazku.
The thesis describes the development of the software and calibration routine for a Shack-Hartmann sensor. The implemented algorithms are compared using simulations and the reconstruction results are also compared to the results from the certified commercial sensor. The thesis shows the use of the software in the automatic calibration of the multi-lens optical system and also the use for the reconstruction of a Structured beam wavefront.
