Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Zaměstnanci ze zemí mimo EU ve vybraném podniku. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit proces zaměstnávání a adaptace zaměstnanců ze zemí mimo Evropskou unii a navrhnout opatření na jejich zlepšení. Zároveň je cílem vytvořit zaměstnaneckou příručku pro zaměstnance ze zemí mimo EU, která zkrátí proces adaptace, zmírní kulturní šok a díky tomu zabrání fluktuaci těchto zaměstnanců. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se opírá o literární rešerši a zaměřuje se na teoretická východiska problematiky zaměstnávání pracovníků ze třetích zemí. Praktická část se zaměřuje na popis společnosti Škoda Auto a.s., analýzu a zhodnocení procesu adaptace a zaměstnávání zaměstnanců ze zemí mimo EU. Na základě analýzy je v závěru práce navrženo opatření v podobě zaměstnanecké příručky pro tyto zaměstnance.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic Employees from countries outside the EU in a selected company. Its aim is to evaluate the process of employment and adaptation of employees from countries outside the European Union and to propose measures to improve them. At the same time, the aim is to create an employee manual for non-EU workers that will shorten the adaptation process, alleviate the culture shock, and thus prevent staff turnover. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is based on literature search and focuses on the theoretical basis of the issue of employment of workers from third countries. The practical part focuses on the description of Škoda Auto a.s. company, analysis, and evaluation of the process of adaptation and employment of employees from countries outside the EU. Based on the analysis, a measure in the form of an employee manual for these employees is proposed at the end of the thesis.
