Abstract
Práce se věnuje tématu genderové identity v adolescentním období. Zaměřuje se na
přístup pedagogů ke studentům, jejichž genderová identita není v tomto vývojovém ob
dobí v souladu s biologickým pohlavím. V praktické části jsou realizovány rozhovory s
učiteli na 2. a 3. stupni škol, které jsou kvalitativně zpracovány. Cílem praktické části je
zjistit, jaké postoje učitelé k těmto studentům zaujímají, jak jsou s problematikou
transgenderu a genderové dysforie obeznámeni a jaký volí přístup ke studentům, kteří se
k transgenderové identitě ve škole otevřeně přihlásí. Výstupem práce je i základní meto
dika, jak ke studentům s touto problematikou ve škole přistupovat.
This thesis focuses on the theme of gender identity in adolescence. It shows the teacher's approach toward students whose gender identity in adolescence does not align with their biological sex. In the practical part, I interview lower secondary and secondary school teachers. The results are qualitatively processed. The aim of the practical part is to find out how teachers approach these students, how deep is their knowledge of transgender problems and gender dysphoria, and what approaches they take toward stu dents who openly claim their transgender identity in schools. The last part of the thesis belongs to the basic methodology, which describes how to approach these problems in schools.
