Abstract
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o žákovských parlamentech a jejich provázaností sRámcovým vzdělávacím programem. V úvodu práce jsou objasněny pojmy participace,s důrazem na participaci žákovskou, a žákovská samospráva. V rámci žákovské samosprávy je popsána historie, formální struktura, složení, funkce, náplň i námitky proti jejímu zavedení. Část práce se pak věnuje fungování žákovských parlamentů podle metodických příruček, a to z hlediska založení, vedení, voleb, rozhodování, propagace, reflexe a motivace. Následující kapitola pojednává o Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu, především o klíčových kompetencích, průřezových tématech a očekávaných výstupech z Výchovy k občanství, které by měly být skrze žákovský parlament naplňovány. Základem práce je popis fungování žákovské samosprávy na vybraných školách našeho regionu, pod který je zahrnuta struktura žákovských parlamentů, průběh zasedání a charakteristika akcí a projektů, které proběhly za tento školní rok. Činnost žákovského parlamentu je porovnána s požadavky RVP, které jsou v rámci práce definované.
The thesis focuses on Students' Parliaments and their interconnection with the Framework Education Programme. The beginning of the thesis explains terms participation, with the emphasis on pupils' participation and a Students' Self-government. The history, formal structure, composition, function, contents and objections to its implementation are described in terms of the Students' Self-government. A part of the work is devoted to the functions of pupils' parliaments according to methodological manuals, namely from the point of view of establishment, leadership, elections, decision making, propagation, reflection and motivation. The next chapter focuses on Framework Education Programme mainly on key competencies, cross-curricular topics and expected outcomes in Citizenship Education which should be reached through a Students' Parliament. The major part of the thesis is based on the description of the functioning of a Students' Self-government in selected schools of our region, which includes the structure of a Students Parliament, the course of meetings and description of events and projects, which took place this school year. The activity of Students' Parliament is compared with the requirements of the Framework Educational Programme which are defined in the thesis.
