Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou výchovného partnerství mezi rodiči a učiteli na 2. stupni waldorfské základní školy. Práce se nejprve věnuje některým dosavadním výzkumným výsledkům zaměřujícím se na podobu vztahu a spolupráce rodiny a školy, respektive rodičů a učitelů, a následně výchovnému partnerství, a to zejména v českém prostředí. Dále je zde uvedena charakteristika waldorfské pedagogiky se zaměřením na vývoj žáka 2. stupně ZŠ a spolupráci učitele s rodiči na waldorfské škole. V práci jsou pomocí metod kvalitativního výzkumu popsány zkušenosti aktérů výchovného partnerství na základě zvoleného výzkumného designu případové studie. Výsledky výzkumného šetření a jejich interpretace jsou uvedeny v závěrečné části práce.
The diploma thesis deals with the description and analysis of the school-parents relationship as a partnership in learning at the second level (Grades 7th and 8th) of Waldorf school. Firstly, the thesis deals with some of the revious research results focusing on the relationship and cooperation between the family and the school - parents and teachers, and later on the partnership in learning, especially in the Czech educational environment. Further, the thesis continues with the waldorf pedagogy description, that is focused on the pupil development and the cooperation among teachers and parents at Waldorf school.In the practical part of the thesis there are described the experience of parents and teacherswithin the partnership in learning by the qualitative research methods. A case study waschosen as a concept of the research design. Lastly, the thesis presents the final interpretationand research results.
