dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I have tried to describe the customs proceedings technology the most briefly but at the same time the most concisely so that the reader can get an overview about the rights, obligations and possibilities which may facilitate international trade and make the business more effective, both in private as well as professional area. The initial part deals with international organizations and economic associations whose primary aim is to liberalize international trade and which fundamentally influence customs proceedings. The middle part deals with customs processes and analysis of current trends in customs area whose aim is to facilitate international trade of goods and services. The final part deals with the modernization of customs proceedings covering all its aspects including the evaluation and proposed recommendations with a view to reduce not only administrative burden for business entities, whose key activity is the international trade, but mainly financial costs involved in the computerization of the customs procedure.en
dc.description.abstractV diplomové práci jsem se pokusil co nejstručněji a současně co nejvýstižněji popsat technologii celního řízení tak, aby každý čtenář získal přehled o právech, povinnostech a možnostech které mu mohou jak v soukromé tak profesní oblasti usnadnit mezinárodní obchod a zefektivnit podnikání. Úvodní část pojednává o mezinárodních organizacích a ekonomických seskupení, jejichž prvořadým posláním je liberalizace zahraničního obchodu a které zásadním způsobem ovlivňují i celní řízení. Další část se zabývá procesem celního řízení a analýzou současných trendů v celnictví, jejichž cílem je usnadňování mezinárodní směny zboží a služeb. V závěru se věnuji modernizaci celního řízení se všemi jeho aspekty, včetně jejích zhodnocení a navržených doporučení s cílem snížit nejen administrativní zatížení podnikatelských subjektů, jejichž hlavní činností je zahraniční obchod, ale zejména i finančních nákladů spojených s elektronizací celního řízení.cs
