Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je popis a vysvětlení pravidel a symboliky židovské kuchyně a stolování v kontextu kulturních a teologických souvislostí. Z posvátných knih judaismu vychází soubor předpisů nazývaný kašrut, který určuje zásady pro konzumaci potravin. Součástí těchto předpisů je spolu s historickými událostmi i kultura přípravy pokrmů a stolovacích rituálů o všedních, svátečních a slavnostních příležitostech. Práce se snaží vymezit důvody, proč si židovská kuchyně zaslouží větší pozornost, než jaké se jí mezi veřejností dostává.
The targed of bachelor thesis is describing and exploring the rules and symbolic of jewish cuisine and dining in sense of culture and teological context. From the holy books of hebraism is coming out the set of rules, names kasrut, which determinates the fundamentals for consuming food. The part of this rules is with historical context, the culture of preparation of food and dinnigs rituals in ordinary and festive events. The essay is defines the reasons of why is jewish kitchen deserves more attention than now in public.
