Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje zájmu pracovníků pobytových sociálních služeb o vzdělávání v oblasti sexuality osob s poruchou intelektu, konkrétně se budeme zabývá sociální službou domov se zvláštním režimem. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako jsou sociální práce, sociální služba, sociální pracovník, pracovník v sociálních službách a jejich vzdělávání. Dále se tato část věnuje sexualitě osob s poruchou intelektu a pilířům vzdělávání pracovníků sociálních služeb v rámci sexuality těchto osob. Empirická část bude zaměřena na průzkum zájmu pracovníků konkrétní vybrané pobytové sociální služby domov
se zvláštním režimem o vzdělávání v oblasti sexuality a zda mají zájem pracovníci o vzdělání ve zvýšení kompetencí v oblasti základní podpory nebo projevují-li zájem o nadstavbové vzdělávání v rámci kterého by získali kompetence v oblasti sexuální výchovy, osvěty, intervenci a poradenství. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden dotazníkovou formou. Výsledky průzkumu poskytují odpovědi na hlavní cíl a dílčí cíle a jsou komparovány s výstupem z expertního rozhovoru.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the interest of residential social services workers in education in the field of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities, specifically we will focus on the social service of a residential home with special regime. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as social work, social service, social worker, social service worker and their education. In addition, this part focuses on the sexuality of persons with intellectual disabilities and the pillars of education of social service workers in the context of sexuality of these persons. The empirical part will focus on the survey of the interest of the workers of a specific selected residential social service home with special regime in education in the field of sexuality and whether the workers are interested in education in increasing competences in the field of basic support or if they are interested in post-secondary education in which they would acquire competences in the field of sexuality education, education, intervention and counselling. This is a quantitative research which was conducted by questionnaire. The results of the survey provide answers to the main objective and sub-objectives and are compared with the output from the expert interview.
