Abstract
V této diplomové práci, jejíž název je Zhodnocení rodinného podniku a řešení otázky nástupnictví, je hlavním předmětem, jak již název napovídá, rodinné podnikání a otázka nástupnictví ve vybrané rodinné firmě. Na začátku práce je čtenář seznámen s teoretickými pojmy souvisejícími s problematikou rodinného podnikání a nástupnictví. Následně je popsáno vyhodnocení vitality. V další části práce je představen vybraný podnik a provedena celková analýza, která se zaměřuje na vnitřní i vnější prostředí. V této části je také uvedena finanční analýza. Dále je zhodnocena příprava nástupnictví ve vybraném rodinném podniku a zvážení možných alternativ předání. Závěrečná část se věnuje návrhu nástupnického plánu vybrané alternativy předání, ve které jsou detailně zmapovány jednotlivé fáze.
In this diploma thesis entitled Evaluation of a Family Business and Solving the Question of Succession, the main subject, as the name suggests, is family business and the issue of succession in a selected family company. In the introduction, the reader is acquainted with theoretical concepts related to the issue of family business and succession. Subsequently, the evaluation of vitality is described. In the next part of the thesis, a selected company is introduced and then an overall analysis is performed, which focuses on the internal and external environment. A financial analysis is also performed in this section. Furthermore, the preparation of succession in selected family business and the consideration of possible alternatives to handover are evaluated. The final part focuses on the design of the successor plan of the selected handover alternative, in which the individual phases are described in detail.
