dc.description.abstractThe objective of the bachelor work Haematherapy adverse effects and the nurse?s tasks in their prevention was to find out the state of the nurse awareness concerning this problem and the observance of specified haematherapy procedures in practice. This bachelor work is divided into both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with haematherapy in the nursing care, haematherapy adverse effects, their classification and procedures, how to prevent the adverse effects, and how to report them. The practical part describes and analyses the results of the question-form inquiry. The gathered data either proved or disapproved the established hypotheses. I wish the results of this bachelor work will contribute to the general practice and help to improve the nurse care in the field of haematherapy. Pursuant to some faults being found out in course of my bachelor work I suggested possible solutions.en
dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce s názvem Nežádoucí účinky hemoterapie a úloha všeobecné sestry v jejich prevenci bylo zjištění, jaká je informovanost zdravotních sester v této problematice a zda jsou v praxi dodržovány stanovené postupy hemoterapie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje hemoterapii v ošetřovatelské péči, nežádoucím účinkům hemoterapie, jejich rozdělení a postupům, jak jim předcházet a jak je hlásit. Praktická část práce popisuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a pozorování. Zjištěná data stanovené hypotézy v některých případech potvrdila, někdy vyvrátila. Doufám, že zjištěné výsledky této práce budou přínosné pro praxi a pomohou zlepšení ošetřovatelské péče v oblasti hemoterapie. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsem proto ve své práci navrhla i několik řešení k jejich odstranění.cs
