dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu udržitelného rozvoje podniku asestavení ESGreportu vsouladu se směrnicíCSRD. Teoretická část shrnuje cíle udržitelného rozvoje (SDGs), Zelenou dohodu pro Evropu (European Green Deal), legislativu jako Směrnici Evropské unie (EU) o uvádění nefinančních informací (NFRD), Směrnici EU o podávání zpráv podniků o udržitelnosti (CSRD) a Směrnici o náležité péči podniků v oblasti udržitelnosti (CSDDD) aEvropské standardy pro podávání zpráv o udržitelnosti (ESRS). Na jejich základě je definována metodika zpracování ESG reportu. Praktická část hodnotí současný stav vybraného podniku, kvantifikuje uhlíkovou stopu anavrhuje strukturu ESG reportu pro podnik.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the current topic of sustainable development of the company and the preparation of ESG report in accordance with the CSRD directive. The theoretical part summarises the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the European Green Deal, legislation such as the European Union (EU) Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sector Due Diligence Directive Sustainability (CSDDD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Based on these, the methodology for the preparation of the ESG report is defined. The practical part assesses the current status of the selected company, quantifies the carbon footprint and proposes an ESG report structure for the company.	en
