Martin Krause DiS.Počet stran: 62Počet příloh: 8Rok obhajoby: 2019Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se zabývá výukovou ošetřovatelskou dokumentací, která se využívá ve výuce studentů studijního oboru Všeobecná sestra. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá zdravotnickou dokumentací včetně ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Zabývá se nejen legislativou, ale také i ošetřovatelským procesem, který je všeobecnými sestrami používán, včetně záznamu do ošetřovatelské dokumentace pacienta. Výzkumná část je realizována pomocí kvantitativně-kvalitativní metody výzkumu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit kritické body v jednotlivých částech výukové ošetřovatelské dokumentace a zároveň zjistit návrhy studentů k její revizi. Je použita technika polostrukturovaného pozorování a analyzování dokumentů, konkrétně výukové ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Součástí výzkumu byly uskutečněny rozhovory se studenty. Výstupem této práce je revize současné výukové ošetřovatelské dokumentace

Martin Krause DiS.Pages: 62Apendix: 8Year: 2019Summary: This bachelor thesis explores the topic of educative nursing documentation used in the study programme for the Bachelor degree (Bc.) in General Nursing Studies. The thesis is divided into two parts, covering both the theory and the research. The theoretical part examines medical documentation, especially the nursing documentation. Its focus is both on the relevant legislation as well as the nursing process used by general nurses which includes the writing of a record in a patient's nursing documentation. The research part is realised through the use of quantitative-qualitative research methods. The aim was to ascertain the focal points required in the individual parts of nursing documentation as well as to examine the students' revision proposals. The method used consists of semi-structured observance and document analysis, specifically the analysis of educative nursing documentation. Student interviews were a part of the research. The final output of the thesis is a proposed revision of educative nursing documentation.
