dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se soustředí na proces implementace informačních systémů pro správu podnikových zdrojů (ERP) ve výrobním podniku. Práce detailně zkoumá klíčové aspekty a strategie nezbytné pro úspěšnou implementaci ERP systémů, které jsou důležité pro efektivní fungování středních a velkých společností. Teoretická část práce definuje koncept ERP systémů, mapuje jejich historický vývoj a typologii a rozebírá základní klíčové platformy na trhu, používané ve středních a velkých podnicích. Dále se věnuje metodice implementace, zdůrazňuje rozdíl mezi strategií a metodikou a identifikuje kritické faktory, které ovlivňují úspěch projektu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na modelovou studii konkrétního podniku, kde jsou analyzovány fáze projektu implementace, zjištěná slabá místa a celkový dopad na organizaci. Na základě získaných dat a teoretických znalostí je formulováno několik doporučení pro zlepšení budoucího rozvoje ERP systému v daném podniku. Cílem práce je nejen popsat a analyzovat proces implementace, ale také přispět k lepšímu porozumění významu a strategického využití ERP systémů v průmyslovém prostředí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The dissertation thesis focuses on the process of implementing information systems for the management of enterprise resources (ERP) in a manufacturing company. The thesis examines in detail the key aspects and strategies for the successful implementation of ERP systems, which are important for the effective functioning of medium and large companies. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of ERP systems, maps their historical development and typology, and analyzes the basic key platforms on the market, used in medium and large enterprises. It also deals with the methodology of implementation, offers the difference between strategies and methodology and identifies critical factors that influence the success of the project. The practical part of the work is focused on a model study of a specific company, where the phases of project implementation, identified weak points and the overall impact on the organization are analyzed. Based on the obtained data and theoretical knowledge, several recommendations are formulated for improving the future development of the ERP system in the given company. The goal of the work is not only to describe and analyze the implementation process, but also to contribute to a better understanding of the meaning and strategic use of ERP systems in an industrial environment.	en
