dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o informačním systému STAG. V úvodu analyzuje obecně univerzitní systémy, aby pak hlouběji ilustrovala tento typ informačního systému na konkrétním případu, a to Informačním systému studijní agendy. Podrobně je zde popsána jeho historie, technické prostředky a další prvky. Další část pak detailně rozebírá jeho funkce a služby pro uživatele. Na základě průzkumu provedeného mezi uživateli na Technické univerzitě v Liberci jsou získány a vyhodnoceny informace o nedostatcích či problémech systému, které jsou pak předloženy k řešení implementátorům systému na Technické univerzitě v Liberci a dále též tvůrcům ze Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Obě tyto strany následně navrhují možnosti změn v systému. Na závěr je systém porovnán s konkurenčními informačními systémy na trhu a je určeno, zda jsou navrhované změny proveditelné a jestli by bylo vhodné stávající systém nahradit některým z konkurenčních.cs
dc.description.abstractThis diploma work disserts upon the information system STAG. In the beginning there is an analysis of university information systems in general, followed by a deeper illustration of this type of system using the IS/STAG as a particular example. The history, facilities and other parts of the system are then closely described. The next part analyses all the functions and agendas in detail. On the basis of a research performed on the users of Technická univerzita in Liberec there is acquired and evaluated the information about defects and problems of the system, which are thereafter presented to the implementers of the system for Technická univerzita in Liberec as well as to the authors of the system in Západočeská univerzita in Plzeň. Both of these parties suggest their solutions on how to change the system. In the end the system is compared with rival information systems on the market and it is concluded whether the system changes are accomplishable and if it would be suitable to replace the current system with one of the rival ones.en
