Abstract
Příspěvek představuje výsledky testování žáků 4., 6. a 8. ročníku základní školy v oblasti vývoje pojmů a představ o geometrických pojmech. Je sledováno, jak se vyvíjí miskoncepce o pojmech čtverec, trojúhelník, kruh a kružnice v průběhu základní školy. Žákům byl předložen test, ve kterém měli rozhodovat, zda útvar je či není zástupcem daného pojmu a měli slovně okomentovat, proč se takto rozhodují. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny a stručně jsou uvedeny v tomto příspěvku. V závěru je uvedeno doporučení, které může žákům pomoci lépe utvářet představy o geometrických pojmech.
The paper presents some results of testing pupils from the 4th, 6th and 8th grade of elementary school focused on concept development and their images about geometric concepts. It examines how misconceptions about the concepts of square, triangle and circle develop during elementary school. The pupils were given a test in which they were asked to decide whether or not the shape is a representative of the term and to comment verbally on why they made such a decision. Their responses were analysed and are briefly presented in this paper. In conclusion, there is a recommendation that can help pupils to better shape their ideas about geometric concepts.
