Abstract
Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je srovnání konvenčního a ekologického hospodaření, specifikace dotačních titulů poskytovaných vybranému zemědělskému podniku a následnému zhodnocení nejlepší dotační varianty pro zemědělský podnik. V první části této diplomové práce je popsáno zemědělství jako takové, charakterizováno konvenční a ekologické zemědělství spolu s poskytovanými dotacemi v rámci těchto dvou variant hospodaření. V druhé části práce je popsán zkoumaný zemědělský podnik a jeho aktuální ekonomický stav za rok 2013 a možné varianty hospodaření pro zvýšení ziskovosti na rok 2014. Jsou zde uvedeny dotace, které podnik v daných letech čerpá a o které v budoucnu může žádat. Dále jsou zkoumány 4 možné varianty jak zvýšit produktivnost a finanční stav podniku. Nakonec jsou shrnuty výsledky zjištěné z porovnání vypočtených variant a vybrána ta nejvýhodnější z nich.
The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate conventional and organic farming as well as the specification of grants provided to the selected farm and the subsequent evaluation of the best grant option for the farm. The first part of this thesis contains information about agriculture in general, furthermore characterisation of conventional and organic farming together with the respective grants provided. In the second part the observed farm is described with its current economic state in the year 2013 together with the management options to achieve increased profitability in the year 2014. Included are the grants the farm has received during the particular years and the ones the farm can apply for in the future. Additionally there are four possible options described on how to increase the productivity and the economic state of the farm. In conclusion the results of the respective comparisons are summarized and the best one is chosen.
