Abstract
Tato práce analyzuje stav technické diagnostiky ve vybrané anonymizované společnosti.
Autor identifikuje klíčové ukazatele spolehlivosti komponentů robotů a provádí srovnání
robotů od různých výrobců. Na základě zjištění je vypracována metodika hodnocení
výrobců průmyslových robotů s ohledem na možnosti diagnostiky. Práce řeší neshody ve
výrobním procesu společnosti. Poslední část práce se věnuje metodice a případové studii
vyčítání dat z průmyslových robotů.
This thesis analyses the state of technical diagnostics in a selected anonymous company. The author identifies the key indicators of the reliability of robot components and compares robots from different manufacturers. Based on the findings, a methodology for evaluating manufacturers of industrial robots is developed with regard to the possibilities of diagnostics. The work resolves disagreements in the company's manufacturing process. The last part of the thesis is devoted to methodology and a case study of reading data from industrial robots.
