Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na etické otázky vyplývající z procesu zooterapie při vzdělávání osob se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Teoretická část se zabývá humánně-animálními interakcemi, zooterapeutickým procesem, druhy zooterapie, specifiky přístupů zooterapie k osobám se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a etickou problematikou zooterapie. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou řešeny potencionálně eticky konfliktní situace v zooterapeutickém procesu z pohledu zooterapeutů. Data pro průzkum byla získána z nestrukturovaných rozhovorů se zooterapeuty. Ze získaných dat jsou stanoveny eticky konfliktní otázky, například otázka odbornosti zooterapueta spočívající na konfliktu očekávání na straně příjemce a na straně poskytovatele zooterapie a další etiky konfliktní otázky. Na tyto eticky konfliktní situace reaguje návrh opatření - desatero pro příjemce zooterapie, které si klade za úkol dopomoci k předcházení těmto situacím.
The aim of this thesis is to explain and answer ethical questions resulting from the process of animal-assisted therapy during education of people with special educational needs. Theoretical part consists of the interactions between humans and animals, animal-assisted therapy processes, types of animal-assisted therapy, specifics of approaches to people with special educational needs and the ethical problematics of animal-assisted therapy. In the practical part I am solving protentional ethical-conflicting situations in the animal-assisted therapy processes from the point of view of the zootherapist. The necessary data was acquired through a series of nonstructured interviews with various zootherapists. From the acquired data I determined ethical-conflicting questions, for example the question of expertise of a zootherapists resting on a conflict of expectations from the side of the recipient and the provider of the animal-assisted therapy and other ethical-conflicting questions. As a reaction to these ethical-conflicting questions there is a proposal - ten commandments for the recipients of animal-assisted therapy. These should help prevent any of the ethical-conflicting questions.
