dc.description.abstract	The aim of this thesis is the judgement of the efficiency of a non-commercial investment project by the CBA method. The Project of the winter stadium in Lomnice nad Popelkou about usage of rainwater for operation of the winter stadium was chosen as a practical example for this work. The theoretic part deals with non-commercial projects in general, the methods of evaluating of investment projects and cost benefit analysis. The practical part of the work includes description of the project itself and there is actual evaluation of the benefits and costs of the investment. The calculation of the criteria indicators is also presented. The net present value was chosen as the main criterion. Then the internal rate of return, profitability index and the discounted payback period were calculated. A sensitivity analysis was subsequently applied to the net present value and profitability index. The investment is wholly judged in conclusion of the work. The realization of the investment was found efficient and useful on the bases of the established criteria.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení efektivnosti nekomerčního investičního projektu pomocí analýzy nákladů a přínosů. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen projekt Zimního stadionu v Lomnici nad Popelkou na využití dešťové vody pro provoz zimního stadionu. Teoretická část se zabývá tématem nekomerčních projektů, metodami vyhodnocování investičních projektů a Cost benefit analýzou. V praktické části práce je popsána podstata projektu a jsou zde vyčísleny přínosy a náklady investice. Je zde obsažen také samotný výpočet kriteriálních ukazatelů. Hlavním kritériem byla zvolena čistá současná hodnota. Dále bylo vypočteno vnitřní výnosové procento, index ziskovosti a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. U čisté současné hodnoty a indexu ziskovosti byla následně provedena citlivostní analýza. V závěru práce je celkové zhodnocení investice. Na základě stanovených kritérií bylo následně zjištěno, že realizace investice byla efektivní a přínosná.	cs
