Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci u dětí s poruchami autistického spektra. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje pojem poruchy autistického spektra, jejich etiologii a diagnostiku. Vybrané poruchy autistického spektra jsou charakterizovány. Práce se následně zabývá alternativní a augmentativní komunikací, kde je popsáno několik zásadní systémů. Dále jsou objasněna specifika edukace žáků s poruchami autistického spektra. Empirická část se věnuje zjištění limitů a ovlivňovaných oblastí vývoje žáka s poruchami autistického spektra v závislosti na využívání alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Pro účely průzkumného šetření byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum. Realizace průzkumu proběhla prostřednictvím dotazníku určeného pedagogům základních škol speciálních, kteří pracují se žáky s poruchami autistického spektra. V empirické části jsou výsledky průzkumu shrnuty a prezentovány.
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to augmentative and alternative communication in children with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part first defines the concept of autism spectrum disorders, their etiology and diagnosis. Selected autism spectrum disorders are characterized. The work then deals with alternative and augmentative communication, where several essential systems are described. Furthermore, the specifics of educating pupils with autism spectrum disorders are clarified. The empirical part is dedicated to finding out the limits and affected areas of the development of a pupil with autism spectrum disorders depending on the use of alternative and augmentative communication. Quantitative research was chosen for the purpose of the exploratory investigation. The survey was carried out using a questionnaire intended for special elementary school teachers who work with pupils with autism spectrum disorders. In the empirical part, the results of the survey are summarized and presented.
