| dc.description.abstract | The diploma thesis deals with the teacher´s profession, its transfomations, the teacher´s competences and skills, teaching concept and the teacher´s roles. The other half of the theoretical part deals with communication, its process and power and partnership approaches to the pupil. The aim of the research part was to find out what the teacher and pupil relationships at the first stage of the basic school are and to what extent the teacher´s ability to communicate openly and effectively contributes to those. The above mentioned topic has been chosen due to its currentness. Since attending the first form pupils have been taking over the model how to communicate from their teacher, which is even more important as some children find the right example neither with their parents, neither with their peers, nor in badly chosen TV or radio programmes. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá učitelskou profesí, jejími proměnami, kompetencemi a dovednostmi učitele, pojetím výuky a rolemi učitele. Druhá polovina teoretické části se věnuje komunikaci, jejímu procesu, mocenskému a partnerskému přístupu k žákovi. Cílem výzkumné části bylo ověřit, jaké jsou vztahy mezi učiteli a žáky na prvním stupni základní školy a do jaké míry k tomu přispívá učitelova schopnost otevřené a efektivní komunikace. Dané téma bylo zvoleno pro svou stálou aktuálnost. Už od první třídy žáci přejímají od svého učitele vzor, jakým způsobem komunikovat. Což je o to důležitější, že některé děti nemají správný vzor ani od rodičů, ani od vrstevníků, ani ve špatně zvoleném programu v televizi či v rádiu. | cs |
