Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem organizační struktury ve společnosti RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o. v období let 2009 - 2019. Cílem této práce je zmapovat aktuální situaci v rodinném podniku RENOKAR - CNC, s. r. o. pomocí vývoje organizačních struktur v průběhu 10 let a navrhnout novou organizační strukturu, která zpřehlední celé řízení společnosti a eliminuje možnost vzniku konfliktů. V první části je zpracovaná rešerše zaměřená na specifikace rodinného podnikání, především se zaměřením na problematiku nástupnictví a konfliktů v rodinných firmách. Dále se tato část zaměřuje na druhy organizačních struktur s popsáním jejich výhod a nevýhod. V druhé části práce je představen podnik, uvedeny úvahy o plánu nástupnictví a dále je provedeno zhodnocení tří organizačních struktur v období let 2009 - 2019. Na základě teoretických poznatků a zhodnocení stávajícího stavu je zpracován návrh změn pro tvorbu nové organizační struktury, která je vytvořena v závěru této práce.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of organizational structure in the company RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o. over the years 2009 - 2019. The target of the thesis is to map the current situation in the family business RENOKAR - CNC, s.r.o. through the development of organizational structures during 10 years and to propose a new organizational structure that makes the entire management of the company more transparent and eliminates the possibility of conflicts. The first part looks into the definition of a family enterprise, especially focusing on the issue of successorship and conflicts in a family enterprise. Further, this part is focused on the types of organizational structures with the description of their advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the thesis is introduced the company, considerations of the plan of successorship and further is made evaluation of the three organizational structures from 2009 to 2019. Based on theoretical knowledge and evaluation of the current situation is processed proposal changes for creating a new organizational structure, which is created in the final part of this thesis.
