Abstract
Bakalářská práce charakterizuje na základě dostupné odborné literatury, technickou a tělesnou přípravu v tréninku sjezdařů žákovské kategorie. Doporučenou metodiku těchto dvou složek tréninku sjezdového lyžování pak porovnává s aktuálním tréninkem mladých sjezdařů Ski klubu Ústí nad Orlicí. Studiem odborné literatury bylo zjištěno, že doporučované metodiky jsou obsahově podobné. Většinou však zaměřené na stupeň základního lyžování a bez zohlednění věkových zvláštností žákovské kategorie. Porovnáním doporučené metodiky s tréninkovou metodikou žactva Ski klubu Ústí nad Orlicí nebyly zjištěny žádné významné rozdíly, s výjimkou jízdy v pluhu na začátku zimního období pro všechny kategorie a dále používání vodících tzv. štětin při jízdě v brankách.
The bachelor thesis characterizes technical and physical preparation in the training of students in the category of pupils on the basis of available special literature. The thesis compares recommended methodology of these two components of downhill skiing training with the current training of young skiers. During studying special literature, I have found that the existing training methodologies are similar in terms of their comparison, but they do not take into account the age, intellectual and physiological assumptions and particularities of the pupil categories. By comparing the recommended methodologies with the current training of young skiers, I came to the conclusion that there are methodologies how to teach the children of the pupils category basic ski skills, but only few of them are focused on practicing the racing technique of children in pupils' categories. This bachelor thesis has been focused on the specifics of technical and physical preparation of young racing skiers on the theoretical level, especially in terms of downhill and turn technique with respect to individual downhill disciplines. If I compare the recommended methodologies with the practice at our club, we mostly follow the recommended methodology with the exceptions and differences described in this work.
