Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současný stav technické přípravy výroby ve společnosti TRIMA a na základě identifikovaných nedostatků v oblasti konstrukční přípravy navrhnout vhodná opatření vedoucí k jejímu zlepšení pomocí metody DFMEA. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení stavu technické přípravy v podniku, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována konstrukční, technologické a organizační přípravě. Na základě tohoto zhodnocení je práce následně soustředěna na identifikaci a hodnocení rizik pomocí metody DFMEA v konstrukční přípravě výroby. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku technické přípravy výroby a metodu FMEA, konkrétně její variantu DFMEA. Praktická část práce zahrnuje analýzu současného stavu technické přípravy ve společnosti TRIMA, aplikaci metody DFMEA a návrh opatření pro zmírnění identifikovaných rizik.
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the current state of production preparation at TRIMA company and, based on the identified shortcomings in the design preparation, propose appropriate measures to improve it using the DFMEA method. The thesis focuses on evaluating the state of technical preparation in the company, with particular attention given to the design, technological, and organizational preparation. Based on this evaluation, the thesis then concentrates on the identification and assessment of risks using the DFMEA method in the design preparation of production. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on technical production preparation and the FMEA method, specifically its variant DFMEA. The practical part includes an analysis of the current state of technical preparation at TRIMA, the application of the DFMEA method, and the proposal of measures to mitigate the identified risks.
