dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou problémů, kterým čelí začínající učitelé zeměpisu. Je rozdělena do dvou větších celků: teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší tuzemské i zahraniční literatury problémů začínajících učitelů se zaměřením na 2. stupeň ZŠ. Výzkumná část je provedena prostřednictvím sběru dat metodou dotazníkového šetření, na jehož základě je vytvořen rozbor problémů vyplývajících z výsledků. V závěru výzkumné části jsou vyhodnoceny a porovnány výsledky výzkumu a tvorba vize absolventa učitelství zeměpisu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of problems faced by beginning geography teachers. It is divided into two larger units: a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the research of domestic and foreign literature on the problems of beginning teachers with a focus on the 2nd grade of elementary school. The research part is carried out through data collection using the questionnaire survey method, on the basis of which an analysis of the problems resulting from the results is created. At the end of the research part, the research results and the creation of the vision of the geography teacher graduate are evaluated and compared.	en
