dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is focused on the assistance and the education provided to family members who take care of hemodialysed patients. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to familiarize readers more closely with the family function, principles of education, and basic educational domains related to the hemodialysed patient from his/her care taking family member?s point of view. The practical part is devoted to research which was carried out via questionnaires in the Nephrology and Dialysis Department of Liberec Regional Hospital, plc. The aim of this practical part is to assess the rate of family members? awareness of the illness and therapy, and to ascertain their interest and needs regarding the education. The conclusion contains the practical recommendation in the form of educational model for the family members.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podporu a edukaci rodinných příslušníků pacientů v hemodialyzačním programu. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je čtenáře blíže seznámit s funkcí rodiny, principy edukace a základními edukačními oblastmi u hemodialyzovaného pacienta z pohledu péče jeho rodinného příslušníka. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které proběhlo na nefrologicko-dialyzačním oddělení v Krajské nemocnici Liberec, a.s. Cílem praktické části je posoudit míru informovanosti rodinných příslušníků o onemocnění a léčbě a zjistit jejich zájem a potřeby v oblasti edukace. Závěrem práce je doporučení pro praxi v podobě návrhu modelu edukace rodinných příslušníků.	cs
