Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci zavážení výrobkových linek ve společnosti Denso Manufacturing Czech, s. r. o. Cílem práce je navrhnout systém zavážení, který bude systematicky a flexibilně reagovat na potřeby výroby a zároveň eliminovat místa kolizí dopravních prostředků. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou logistiky, logistického řetězce, technologií a skladování. První část diplomové práce je zároveň východiskem pro část praktickou, ve které je popsán současný způsob zavážení výrobkových linek. Na současném systému zavážení byly provedeny analýzy, na jejichž základě byl navrhnut nový způsob zavážení. Tento způsob zvýší efektivitu manuálního zavážení výrobkových linek, umožní snížit počet kolizních míst a zvýší produktivitu výrobkových linek o 2 procentní body. Práce také obsahuje návrh a ekonomické zhodnocení nového uspořádání výrobního prostoru a zavážení výrobkových linek při tomto uspořádání.
This diploma thesis presents the optimization of the material delivery system to the product lines at Denso Manufacturing Czech, Ltd. The aim of the work is to design a system of delivery, which will systematically and flexibly reflect production needs while eliminating the places of collisions of means of transport/vehicles. The theoretical part of the work deals with the problematic of logistics, logistic chain, logistics technologies and storing. First part is the basis for the analytical part, which describes the present situation in the delivery of product lines. Following analyses were performed on the present delivery system and based on these finding, there was proposed the new method of delivery. This delivery method increases efficiency of the manual delivery system, it enables reductions of the number of collision places and it increases the productivity of product lines for about 2 percentage points. This thesis also includes a proposal and economical evaluation for the new arrangement of the production area and the delivery of product.
