dc.description.abstractTopic of my master thesis is ``Legislative Changes in the Insurance Area in connection with the Accession of the Czech Republic to the EU and their Effect on the Czech Insurance Market{\crqq}. The master thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is concerned with the detailed analysis of consequences, which result from the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU. I mention the contract of the accession to the EU and the integration of European legislative in the insurance area. The second part deals with the EU directives related to life insurance, casualty insurance, vehicle insurance and other directives concerning with the insurance topics. The third part is devoted to the change of legislative in the Czech insurance area after the accession to the EU. In this part I focus on new laws in the insurance area, which don{\crq}t relate only to the accession of the Czech Republic in the EU. In the fourth part of my master thesis I discuss the influence of the EU directives on the Czech insurance market.en
dc.description.abstractTématem mé diplomové práce jsou Legislativní změny v pojišťovnictví v souvislosti se vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie a jejich dopad na český pojistný trh. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část podrobně rozebírá konsekvence vyplývající z přistoupení ČR k EU. Zmiňuji se zde zejména o smlouvě o přistoupení a o harmonizaci evropské legislativy v oblasti pojišťovnictví. Druhá část se věnuje směrnicím EU týkajícím se životního pojištění, neživotního pojištění, pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel a také ostatním směrnicím zabývajících se pojistnou problematikou. Třetí část pojednává o změně legislativy v oblasti českého pojišťovnictví po vstupu do EU. V této kapitole se zabývám novými zákony v pojišťovnictví souvisejícími nejen se vstupem České republiky do EU. Ve čtvrté kapitole této práce zhodnocuji vliv směrnic EU na český pojistný trh.cs
