dc.description.abstract	This thesis with the topic Application of Balanced Scorecard on Managing of The Internet Companies deals with implementation of this model in the Czech internet company, which provides the services in the area of accommodation. The goal of this diploma paper is to describe the process of application of this method on the management of a company. The text is divided into two basic parts. First part of this thesis focuses on theoretical definition of this method. The emphasis is placed on the basic principles and on the fact how this managing system connects the tools for measuring of the company performance with the company´s strategy. Second part of the diploma paper deals with the characteristic of the company and with demonstration of implementation of the system Balanced Scorecard in the smaller company. The conclusion explains which impact the system can have on whole company, which problems can arise and how we can avoid these problems. This thesis foreshadows more real look on the application of this method on the management of the smaller company and this is the main benefit of this diploma paper.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma Aplikace Balanced ScoreCard na řízení internetových společností se zabývá problematikou zavedení tohoto modelu v české internetové společnosti zabývající poskytováním služeb v oblasti ubytování. Cílem této práce je popis aplikace této metody na řízení firmy. Text této práce je rozdělen do dvou základních částí. První část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení této metody. Důraz je kladen na její základní principy a na to, jak tento systém řízení spojuje nástroje na měření výkonnosti podniku se strategiemi podniku. Druhá praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti a ukázkou implementace systému Balanced ScoreCard v menší firmě. Závěrečná část poukazuje na to, jaký dopad má zavádění systému na společnost jako celek, které problémy mohou nastat a jak je možné se jich vyvarovat. Přínosem diplomové práce je nastínění reálnějšího pohledu na aplikaci této metody na řízení menší společnosti.	cs
