dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the summary of theoretical knowledge and its practical applications during assessing of methods and techniques used in the selected company. In the theoretical part there are described two accounting subsystems, is defined the term of costs, their structure and the tools used to manage them. In the practical section there are described the methodical procedures used for effective cost management in the financial, but mainly in the internal accounting of the selected company. Here are characterized used accounts and their structure in the information system. Next, there is an example of contract calculation, an example of budgeting overhead costs together with the assessment of its compliance and an example of the section overhead costs allocated to each subsidiary. In conclusion there are presented the proposed changes; and is made the summary of the thesis.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá shrnutím teoretických poznatků a jejich praktickou aplikací při zhodnocování metod a postupů používaných ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika obou účetních subsystémů, je vymezen pojem nákladů, jejich členění a nástroje používané k jejich řízení. V praktické části jsou popsány metodické postupy používané pro efektivní řízení nákladů ve finančním, ale především ve vnitropodnikovém účetnictví vybrané společnosti. Jsou zde charakterizovány používané účty a jejich struktura v informačním systému. Dále je uveden příklad kalkulace zakázky, příklad sestavování rozpočtu režijních nákladů spolu s hodnocením jeho dodržování a příklad režijních nákladů úseku rozdělených na jednotlivá střediska. Na závěr jsou předloženy navrhované změny a provedeno shrnutí diplomové práce.cs
