Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou důvody chlapeckých oddílů Junákav Libereckém kraji pro přijetí či odmítnutí nové skautské stezky. Skautské stezkyslouží jako hlavní metodický nástroj skautského oddílu a napomáhají k vytvořeníceloročního programu. Přibližně od roku 1994 do roku 2006 byla v Junáku používánaStezka skautů a skautek (stará stezka), která prověřovala dovednosti a povinnostiskautů v oblasti skautingu (skautský slib, hymna), kultury, sportu, zdraví atd. V roce2006 vyšla nová skautská stezka, která měla být bližší dětem například svou fantasytematikou, podrobnějšími formulacemi úkolů a praktičností. V první části tétozávěrečné práce je představena stručná historie skautingu, vzdělávání a výchovave skautu a zmíněné stezky. Druhá část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem, v tomtopřípadě polostrukturovaným rozhovorem. Nejprve je konzultována přípravná fázevytyčující cíle výzkumu a definující možná rizika. Dále jsou představeny výzkumnéotázky. Poté v interpretační části jsou zpracovány odpovědi jednotlivých vedoucícha uspořádány do tematických celků, jako jsou například pozitiva a negativa skautskýchstezek, důvody pro zavedení nové nebo staré stezky, formulace skautských stezek čiefektivita metodické příručky. Nakonec je vedena diskuze, ve které se reflektujía syntetizují výsledky výzkumu.
The goal of this thesis is to analyze interviews with scout leaders from Liberec regionand find out the reasons of accepting or refusing New Scout Handbook. ScoutHandbooks are the main instrument of methodology that helps to create contents ofyearly programme. From 1994 to 2006 there was an ?old route? that examined theskills of young boy and girl scouts in various fields, such as Scout Laws, culture,sport, health etc. In 2006 a new fantasy-themed ?route? was released with the aim toengage the children in a more effective way, including clearer and more detailedformulations of the tasks and connection to common practice. The first part of thisthesis deals with the history of Scout Movement, Educational Programme and the?routes?. Second part dedicates to a qualitative research carried out by means of semistructuredinterviews. Firstly it introduces the aim of the research and possible risks,then the questions to ask to the interviewees are presented and followed by theinterpretation of the answers that are analyzed and ordered by the topic, such as theadvantages and disadvantages of the old and the new handbook, reasons of acceptingor refusing a concrete handbook, formulation of the handbook or the effectiveness ofthe methodology manuals. Finally the thesis includes a discussion that reflects on andsummarizes the result of the interviews.
