| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce Leasing jako zdroj financování podnikatelských subjektů je zaměřena na různé možnosti financování majetku podniku, a jak již název napovídá, soustředí se především na leasing jako alternativní formu financování. Úkolem práce je porovnat nabídky leasingových společností pro financování zamýšlené investice pořízení užitkového vozu pomocí operativního leasingu. Tato investice bude hodnocena s ohledem na měsíční splátky, na náklady a nabízené služby k tomuto produktu. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit jednotlivé nabídky a rozhodnout, která z vybraných leasingových společností poskytne nejvýhodnější leasingový produkt pro společnost.První část bakalářské práce vymezuje zdroje financování se zaměřením na leasing, představení vybraných leasingových společností a popis jejich produktů s následnou komparací. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na představení společnosti Pekárna Šumava a.s., popis používaných zdrojů financování a návrh vhodného profinancování zamýšlené investice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | A bachelor thesis called Leasing as a source of financing for businesses deals with various options for financing of business assets, and as the name suggests, focuses primarily on leasing as an alternative form of financing. The assignment of this thesis is to compare offers of leasing companies to finance planned investment which is the acquisition of an utility vehicle via operating leases. This investment will be evaluated with regard to a monthly payment, costs and services which are offered for this product. The main objective is to evaluate the intended investment and decide which of the leasing companies provide the best product for Pekárna Šumava a.s. company.The first part of the thesis defines the sources of financing focusing on leasing, introduction of the leasing companies and a description of their products with the subsequent comparison. The second part focuses on the introduction of Pekárna Šumava a.s., a description of used sources of financing and appropriate of the financing proposal intended investment. | en |
