Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací procesu zpracování zakázky
na míchanou průmyslovou barvu ve firmě Spectrum Franěk s.r.o. Cílem práce je identifikace neefektivních míst v současném stavu procesu, jejichž eliminace povede ke zrychlení toku informací a materiálu, snížení provozních nákladů a celkovému zefektivnění procesu.
V teoretické části jsou popsány principy štíhlého řízení, jeho nástroje a přístup k optimalizaci procesů. Praktická část je zaměřena na detailní analýzu současného stavu pomocí mapování hodnotového toku (VSM), identifikaci plýtvání a návrh konkrétních opatření. Navržený model budoucího stavu procesu přináší úsporu času, nákladů, snížení administrativní zátěže
a zlepšení organizační efektivity. Dosažené výsledky byly kvantifikovány v podobě časových a finančních přínosů. Závěrem jsou formulována doporučení pro další rozvoj v oblasti procesního zlepšování ve firmě.
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the order processing for custom-mixed industrial paint at the company Spectrum Franěk s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to identify inefficiencies in the current state of the process and propose measures that lead to faster information and material flow, reduced operational costs, and overall process efficiency. The theoretical part outlines the principles of Lean management, its tools, and approaches to process improvement. The practical part focuses on detailed analysis using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), identification of waste, and design of improvement proposals. The future state process model brings time savings, lower administrative burden, and improved organizational efficiency. Achieved results are quantified through time and financial benefits. Final recommendations outline further opportunities for continuous process improvement within the company.
