Abstract
Cílem teoretické části mé diplomové práce je zmapovat problematiku vzdělávání žáků cizinců na 1. stupni základní školy; zmapovat legislativní podmínky inkluzívního vzdělávání, předpoklady pro začlenění žáka cizince do skupiny spolužáků a připravenost pedagogických pracovníků pro vzdělávání žáků cizinců. Chtěla bych zjistit, s jakými aktuálními problémy se současná základní škola a učitelé potýkají při zařazování žáků cizinců do populace česky mluvících dětí a jak jsou odstraňovány překážky, které by jednotlivým dětem mohly bránit vzdělávat se společně. Závěrem bych ráda uvedla doporučení pro další praxi a sborník aktivit pro dvě nejpočetnější etnické skupiny žáků cizinců vzdělávajících se v Teplicích v Čechách.Úkolem výzkumné části je zjistit, jaké jsou současné podmínky pro začleňování žáků cizinců do vzdělávacího procesu v základní škole a na základě výzkumu popsat úroveň připravenosti učitelů základních škol k inkluzi těchto žáků.
The aim of the theoretical part of my diploma thesis is to map the issue of education of foreign pupils at the 1st stage of primary school; to map the legislative conditions of inclusive education, preconditions for the integration of a foreign pupil into a group of classmates and the readiness of pedagogical staff for the education of foreign pupils. I would like to find out what current problems the current primary school and teachers face when classifying foreign pupils into the population of Czech-speaking children and how obstacles that could prevent individual children from learning together are being removed. In conclusion, I would like to present recommendations for further practice and a collection of activities for the two most numerous ethnic groups of foreign pupils studying in Teplice in the Czech Republic.The task of the research part is to find out what are the current conditions for the integration of foreign pupils into the educational process in primary school and based on the research to describe the level of readiness of primary school teachers for the inclusion of these pupils.
