Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení lidských zdrojů, zejména na oblast získávání a výběru pracovníků ve vybrané firmě. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje základní pojmy, metody a postupy dané problematiky a detailně popisuje systém získávání a výběru pracovníků dle odborné literatury. Praktická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje vybranou firmu Ing. Zdeněk Švéda - COLOR SET, uvádí její historii, oblast podnikání, organizační strukturu, zkoumá současný stav zaměstnanců a podrobně se zabývá nynějším systémem získávání a výběru pracovníků v organizaci. Závěrečná kapitola této bakalářské práce uvádí návrhy změn a doporučení ve vybraných personálních oblastech, které by mohly vést k optimalizaci procesů získávání a výběru pracovníků. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení analýzy současného stavu vybraných procesů a stanovení možných návrhů na jejich zlepšení.
Bachelor thesis is focused on human resource management, particularly in the area of recruitment and selection of employees in selected company. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, methods and procedures of the issue and describes in detail the system of recruitment and selection of employees according to specialized literature. The practical part describes the chosen company Ing. Zdeněk Švéda - COLOR SET, presents its history, line of business, organizational structure, examines the current state employees and deals with the current system of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. The final chapter of this bachelor thesis presents proposals for modifications and recommendations in selected areas of personnel, which could lead to an optimization process of recruitment and selection of employees. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the analysis of the current state of selected processes, and possible proposals for their improvement.
