Tato práce se zabývá kompletním návrhem a realizací řízení vakuové depoziční komory. Klade si za cíl co nejvíce zmapovat problematiku a navrhnout elektronické řízení,
které bude možné snadno přizpůsobovat konkrétním požadavkům výzkumné činnosti v oblasti nanomateriálů a tenkých struktur.
