Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rostoucím významem umělé inteligence v bankovním sektoru, kde má potenciál zásadně změnit způsob, jakým banky interagují se svými klienty a spravují své interní procesy. Bankovní sektor prochází v posledních letech významnou transformací založenou na digitálních strategiích a technologických inovacích, kde se právě umělá inteligence stala stěžejním prvkem moderního bankovnictví. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základy umělé inteligence, její vývoj, současné trendy a využití v bankovním sektoru. V praktické části je představena Československá obchodní banka, a. s. (ČSOB) a její klíčové technologie využívající umělou inteligenci. Práce ukazuje, jak ČSOB implementuje umělou inteligenci do svého klientského prostředí a interních aplikací, a poukazuje na pozitivní i negativní aspekty implementace. Závěrečná část zdůrazňuje potenciál umělé inteligence v personalizaci bankovních služeb, konkrétně v oblasti investic, prostřednictvím simulace individuální investiční strategie s využitím virtuálního chatbota ChatGPT.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the growing importance of artificial intelligence in the banking sector, where it has the potential to fundamentally change the way banks interact with their clients and manage their internal processes. The banking sector has undergone a significant transformation in recent years based on digital strategies and technological innovation, where AI has become a core element of modern banking. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basics of artificial intelligence, its development, current trends, and its use in the banking sector. The practical part introduces Československá obchodní banka, a. s. (ČSOB) and its key technologies using artificial intelligence. The thesis shows how ČSOB implements artificial intelligence in its client environment and internal applications and highlights the positive and negative aspects of the implementation. The final section highlights the potential of AI in personalizing banking services, specifically in the area of investments, by simulating an individual investment strategy using the ChatGPT virtual chatbot.
