Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a vytvořit opakovaně použitelný filtr na překapávanou kávu pro dripper Hario V60-02 ze 100 % biobavlny. Rešeršní část práce se věnuje problematice přípravy kávy v zařízení dripper Hario V60-02 a blíže popisuje jednotlivé typy používaných filtrů. Zahrnuje také stručné uvedení do problematiky biobavlny a jejích certifikací. Dále se práce zabývá současnou nabídkou textilních filtrů na překapávanou kávu na českém trhu. Získané informace jsou použity pro návrh a výrobu biobavlněného filtru, který je následně porovnáván s jednorázovým papírovým filtrem pomocí hodnotitelů. Pro zjištění zájmu o používání biobavlněného filtru na překapávanou kávu se závěrečná část zabývá marketingovým průzkumem, konkrétně dotazníkovým šetřením na toto téma.
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design and create a reusable filter for drip coffee for the Hario V60-02 dripper from 100 % organic cotton. The research part deals with the problematics of coffee preparation in the Hario V60-02 dripper and describes in more detail the individual types of filters used. It also includes a brief introduction to the issue of organic cotton and its certifications. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis deals with the current offer of textile filters for drip coffee on the Czech market. The obtained information is used for the design and production of organic cotton filter, which is then compared with a disposable paper filter using evaluators. In order to find out the interest in the use of an organic cotton filter for drip coffee, the final part deals with a marketing survey, specifically a questionnaire survey on this topic.
