Abstract
Diplomová práce na téma Řízení procesů v nevýrobním podniku je zaměřena na zlepšování procesů ve společnosti HOTEL.CZ a.s., která se zabývá zprostředkováním ubytování v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu vybraných procesů na callcentru a v návaznosti na zjištěné skutečnosti navrhnout opatření, která povedou k zefektivnění těchto procesů. Rešeršní část diplomové práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům z oblasti procesů a jejich zlepšování. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost HOTEL.CZ a.s. Následně je provedena analýza vybraných procesů a jsou navržena opatření, která přispějí k zefektivnění procesů v podniku, a je provedeno jejich ekonomické zhodnocení.
This master´s thesis on Process management in a non-productive company is focused on the improvement of processes in the company HOTEL.CZ a.s., which is engaged in the mediation of accommodation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the selected processes in call center and in response to the findings suggest possible recommendations for effective improvements of these processes. The theoretical part of the thesis decribes theoretical starting-points of processes and their improvements. In the practical part of thesis the company HOTEL.CZ a.s. is introduced. Further the analysis of selected processes follows and certain measures are suggested to make them more efficient. In conclusion suggested measures are economically evaluated.
