dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je vysvětlit, zanalyzovat a zhodnotit restrukturalizaci IT oblasti ve skupině Czech Coal. Jako zástupce dceřiných společností skupiny je vybrána Mostecká uhelná a.s., kde jsou provedené změny popsány podrobněji. V teoretické části je zmíněna a vysvětlena problematika reorganizací podniků, organizování holdingových společností a využití outsourcingu IS/IT ve společnostech. V další části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu IT ve skupině. Poté práce pokračuje ústředním tématem - rozborem celé restrukturalizace. Je zde vysvětlen nový IT model zavedený ve skupině a popsány nutné součásti celé restrukturalizace. Další část práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické, logistické a personální zhodnocení provedené restrukturalizace ve skupině Czech Coal.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this diploma work is to explain, analyse and evaluate restructuring of IT area in Czech Coal holding company. Mostecká uhelná a.s. is chosen as a representative of subsidiary companies, executed changes are described in more details here. Issues of company reorganisation, organisation of holding companies and utilization of IT outsourcing are mentioned and explained in theoretical part of this work. Current state of IT area in Czech Coal is analysed in next part. Then the main topic follows - analysis of whole restructuring. New IT model is explained and important parts of reorganisation are described here. Last part is focused on economic, logistic and personal evaluation of executed restructuring in Czech Coal.en
