dc.description.abstractSoučasná činnost OECD je soustředěna zejména na vyrovnávání se s procesy liberalizace obchodu a investic. Usiluje o to, aby byla schopna monitorovat a analyzovat všechny jejich dopady, a výhody, které tyto procesy přinášejí, pak přednést veřejnosti a udržet tak její podporu. Snaží se o veřejnou diskusi nad výsledky globalizace, rovněž pak o to, aby vývoj nerozdělil společnost na ty, kteří z tohoto procesu profitují a na ty, kteří v důsledku tohoto procesu ztrácí. Její další vývoj a rozvoj činností je ovšem v současné době ochromen faktem, že tři čtvrtě rozpočtu OECD je financováno pěti státy a rozhodovací mechanismus je založen na principu konsenzu, který se jeví jako velice nepraktický a pro budoucí vývoj nepoužitelný. Jakákoli snaha o změnu není sice vyloučena, ale je tímto zpomalena. A tímto je oslabena akceschopnost i vliv této organizace ve světové ekonomice.cs
dc.description.abstractCurrent activity of the OECD is mainly concentrated on the balancing of the liberalization processes of the trade and the investments. It works for to be able to monitor and analyse all its impacts and demonstrates to the public the benefits which are produced by those processes and keeps the public´s support by that. It endeavours after the public discussion about the results of the globalization as well as the progress not to divide the society into the some of them who profit from that process and into the some of them who lose n consequence of that process. Its next progress and expanse of its activity are paralysed in the current time by the fact that three quarters of the OECD´s budget are financed by five countries and decision mechanism is based on the consensus, which seems to be too much impractical and for the next progress it is not available. Any endeavour to start any change is not absolutely excluded, but it is slow down by that. And because of that the fighting power is weakened as well as the influence of this organisation in the world economy.en
