Abstract
Tématem předložené bakalářské práce je změna diagnostické struktury dětí v dětském domově se školou. Jejím cílem je zmapovat a analyzovat změnu diagnóz u dětí s nařízenou ústavní výchovou, vykonávanou v dětském domově se školou, v daném časovém horizontu.Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se autorka zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů, které úzce souvisí s danou problematikou. Popisuje specifické zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy dětský domov se školou, i legislativní rámec ústavní výchovy. Seznamuje čtenáře s charakteristikou dětí v současnosti, personálním uspořádáním v daném zařízení, významem výchovně léčebných skupin, i s potřebami těchto dětí. Formou komparace charakteristik dětí ve zpětném časovém horizontu tato práce poukazuje na změnu diagnostické struktury dětí v dětském domově se školou.Část praktická vychází z analýzy dokumentů spisové dokumentace dětí, které byly umístěny v konkrétním Dětském domově se školou v letech 2006 - 2021. Zjišťuje, jaké důvody vedly k nařízení ústavní výchovy nad dětmi, v jakém prostředí děti vyrůstaly, výskyt nemocí či poruch v rodině. V závěru této části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny důsledky změn diagnostické struktury dětí v dětském domově se školou a potřeby vyplývající z její transformace.Smyslem a účelem předložené bakalářské práce je poukázat na proměnu diagnostické struktury dětí v zařízeních pro výkon ústavní výchovy, z čehož dále vyplývají měnící se nároky na přístupy ve výchovném procesu, pedagogické metody, kvalifikační požadavky na personál, i na možné změny legislativy. V odborném diskurzu o zařízeních pro výkon ústavní výchovy by tato bakalářská práce mohla být využita jako argumentace a podnět k uskutečnění změn, které vyžaduje současný systém výchovných zařízení a transformace společnosti jako celku.
The topic of the submitted bachelor thesis is the change of the diagnostic structure of children in a children's home with a school. Its aim is to map and analyze the change in diagnoses in children with compulsory institutional education, performed in an orphanage with a school, in a given time horizon.The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, the author deals with the explanation of basic concepts that are closely related to the issue. It describes the specific facilities for the performance of institutional education children's home with a school, as well as the legislative framework of institutional education. It acquaints readers with the characteristics of children at present, the staffing in the facility, the importance of educational treatment groups, and the needs of these children. In the form of a comparison of the characteristics of children in the backward time horizon, this work points to a change in the diagnostic structure of children in a children's home with a school.The practical part is based on the analysis of documents of children's documentation, which were placed in a particular children's home with a school in the years 2006 - 2021. At the end of this part of the bachelor thesis, the consequences of changes in the diagnostic structure of children in a children's home with a school and the needs arising from its transformation are presented.The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to point out the change in the diagnostic structure of children in institutions for institutional education, which also results in changing demands for approaches in the educational process, pedagogical methods, qualification requirements for staff, and possible changes in legislation. In the professional discourse on institutions for institutional education, this bachelor's thesis could be used as an argument and an impetus for the changes required by the current system of educational institutions and the transformation of society as a whole.
